HELP, I NEED A PASSWORD!!!

Agents login and passwords have been provided to the Brokerage Office. Agents may receive login and password information from Broker Office, MLS Secretary, or by phone or email from us.

WHAT IF MY LISTING SELLS OR WITHDRAWS:
When a listing that was sponsored as a Life of Listing ad goes pending, sells, or is withdrawn in the first 30 days, we can back out the Life of Listing charge, and re-enter as either a two week or four week listing order (however long it was on TV).

The agent then receives a credit for the difference to be used on a future order. For example, if the listing ran two weeks before being replaced, then the charge is changed to a two week listing instead of a life of listing charge. This means there would be a credit available toward a future life of listing order.

To replace a listing, simply order a new listing on our agent account manager site and add a note about which MLS number it replaces, and why, at the end of the checkout process in the special instructions box (a new area we added since the first round of orders).

Note: The web site will say it is a full price order, but we will adjust the billing before it goes out.
