This document states the terms under which your link will be accepted for listing in the HomeFinder100.com Toledo Real Estate Provider Guide and Directory.

By placing a link bid you agree to abide by the following terms:

DIRECTORY Listings are provided by advertisers whose bids determine their placement overall and within their chosen category. The highest bidder gets special page top placement at top right. Your placement can be outbid if you do not bid high enough.

Bids are placed using SUBMIT LINK Tab above. Payment for your bid will be requested online via PAYPAL - where you can use VISA, MC, or online banking.

Ads are placed by web visitors. While we attempt to review all ads, Buckeye CableSystem is not responsible for the content nor claims made. Please investigate and verify all claims independently before making important decisions.

All terms subject to change.

Link Policy

All Links and Ads Subject to Management Approval
All Bids and Links Expire After One Year.
Position of your link is determined by the amount of your bid.
If you are outbid, for your category, you should receive an email notice with link allowing you to upgrade your bid to regain former position
Any Link may be removed if it violates inclusion policy or terms of service - which are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

All bids and purchases are final. No Refunds.
